Hello everyone having been contributing very much recently as have been so busy... Am branching out a bit and going into more than just stays and corsets... Taking into account a lot of 18th century fashion as its fun...I would like to know where you kind people would wear your beauty spots...! I love em.. Worn High on the cheek = Passionate Worn just above the upper lip = Flirty Worn at the corner of the mouth = Killer Worn just above the jaw line= Debonaire There are also some saucy little garters with embroidered messages to be read by your lovers..that thier hands should not stray beyond that level...!!!

But Darcy my sweet, we forget the original need for patches; to cover the smallpox scars. But above and beyond the fact that my face would be plastered with the damn things, 3 and 4 for me!

lol Yes Reverend you are correct ... they were called patches but the French and Venetians turned them into a fashion item and all of a sudden they became beauty spots ! How to make the glass half full eh lol.. Ill have to work on that Fish..one day !
