well bearing in mind the above two posts a honda cg125 is probably one of the best 125's that can be bought, certainly it aint the fastest or best looking but will do what is required of it and do it cheaply.

Mito's are the kings of the 125 class.
Fast as fook, when tuned, and gorgeous styling. Good handeling and awsome brakes
But italian quality is crap, mine fell apart after 6 hard months , mind u i did do 16k in them 6 months

I rode a huquavarner ( i know thats spelt wrong) 125 last night, supermoto style, fook me was that quick, still restricted but i still got 95 out of it, and the front wheel popped up in 1st and 2nd and i wernt using the clutch. bloody awsome !!
